With clock ticking, future of Liberals' dental and pharmacare programs uncertain

With a federal election potentially only months away, two of the Liberal government's landmark social programs are not fully in place. The majority of planned dental care recipients are still not eligible, and no deals have been signed with provinces and territories to pay for contraceptive and diabetes medications.
