Russia prisoner swap: Freed Americans arrive back in the U.S.

Canadian-U.S. citizen Paul Whelan and Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich were welcomed home by U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland following a historic international prisoner swap involving 24 people in Russia, the United States and several other countries.
