Haitian gang crisis felt in and outside of Port-au-Prince

For months, Haiti has been in a state of crisis fuelled by extreme gang violence, especially in the capital, Port-au-Prince. CBC News is in the country's second-largest city, Cap-Haitien, where police are on the lookout for gang members infiltrating from the capital.
