Meet Fidel: Through Education and Dedication, this PepsiCo Leader is advancing his career and opening doors for others

Moving to a new country on his own at the age of 14, Fidel was told by his parents to work hard and do the best he can. With a PepsiCo Foundation-funded scholarship from Telacu, he persisted and achieved his higher education goals. Now he works at PepsiCo and gives back to Hispanic students through mentoring and volunteerism.
